We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, password, and all content you enter into the platform such as brand deal details, payment amounts, contract information, media kit data, and platform statistics.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide and improve the InfluencerNest service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. As your service provider, we have technical access to data stored on our platform — this access exists only to operate the service and is never used to analyze, share, or monetize your individual business data.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
InfluencerNest uses functional cookies and browser local storage solely to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from staying logged in.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. We implement row-level security to ensure each user can only access their own data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account, such as payment reminders and deadline notifications. You may adjust notification preferences within the app. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
8. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate InfluencerNest: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI features), Stripe (payment processing), Brevo (transactional email delivery), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
9. Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
10. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@theinfluencernest.com. We will process requests within 30 days. 11. Children's Privacy
InfluencerNest is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
